Creative Adoptions is a Colorado based adoption agency specializing in open adoption. The
agency is a licensed not-for-profit child-placement agency providing services for birth parents
and adoptive couples across the entire Rocky Mountain Front Range area. Contact us if you or

WHAT IS OPEN ADOPTION?
Open adoption is the relationship between birth parents and the adoptive family allowing for a
continuous flow of information and contact. As well as, allows the birth mother to choose the
adoptive family. Every open adoption is the unique creation of those who are involved in it.
Together, the birth parents and the adoptive parents, with courage, compassion and common
sense, share as much communication and contact as possible. This lifetime experience advocates
trust and honesty between the birth parents, adoptive family and child.
WHY ARE WE UNIQUE?
There are four distinctive characteristics that make Creative Adoptions unique:
- We advocate open adoption. We respect the spirit of open adoption and those involved in
the adoption triad (the birth mother, adoptive family and the baby). Creative Adoptions encourages
relationships between the adoptive family and the birth mother based on honor and compassion.
Creative Adoptions is unique because we are driven to help the birth mother make the right
decision for herself and her baby.
- Our counseling is unique. More than half of our birth parents end up parenting their child.
We’re committed to helping the birth parents make the best decision for their lives.
- How we handle challenging cases make us unique. Creative Adoptions’ staff will complete the
adoption regardless of the time required, medical condition or multi-ethnic background. We will
not walk away from a child.
- Creative Adoptions has a unique scholarship plan available for birth mothers who place their
child through our program, allowing them to develop skills for their future.
