We believe all children deserve the opportunity to grow up in a loving home. Emphasizing respect, compassion, and dignity, we facilitate the creation of families, guiding everyone in the Adoption Triad as they make a commitment of a lifetime.

The open adoption philosophy is one we adhere to and promote, yet we recognize the concerns of clients who are new to the idea. We will work with you to help you understand openness, and design the adoption plan that suits you best.  Creative Adoptions is an open adoption agency. Most adoptive families and birth families we work with enjoy developing a relationship before and/or after the birth and placement.. Rarely do we facilitate closed or semi-open adoptions; our clients (both adoptive and birth families) prefer the open adoption concept.

Our agency has more than 20 years experience of success. Our staff consists of the executive director, founder and adoption director, counselors and support staff, all of who have extensive experience and/or have been trained in the field of adoption. Geri Glazer, M.S.W., the founding director of Creative Adoptions, also provides birth parent counseling. The adoption counselors work with adoptive families in education, counseling, parent groups, home studies, and post-placement. Pregnancy counselors also work closely with the adoptive families involved in their cases. Our support staff keeps us all organized and also serve as your initial contact person.
